This summer several hundred cyclists will cycle across Michigan to raise awareness and money to ROC (Restore Our Cities)
Restoring Our Cities (ROC) Michigan is a tour for cycling enthusiasts and amateurs alike.
We ride to raise awareness and money to strengthen urban neighborhoods throughout the Great Lakes region by having fun riding through some of Michigan's finest countryside.
HOW WE STRENGTHEN NEIGHBORHOODS
1. Using Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) strategies, we harness and develop the gifts of the residents in the neighborhoods.
2. We bring to life what is already there.
3. We develop indigenous leaders to strengthen their own neighborhoods.
